Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground Service. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once we have processed your order, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery with ground shipping. Standard ground shipping is always complimentary and on us.
We do not currently do not process and ship orders outside of the U.S
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchases from us! If for any reason you'd like to return your purchased item(s), you have 30 days from date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning an item with a value over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as FedEx or UPS) and purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Under our exclusive two year warranty, we replace and repair defective or damaged pieces. To file a claim, please send us an email at hello[at]alkemegold[dot]com. Our team will send instructions on how to complete the exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
